We also offer many additional features including drywall and plaster beads, locks, THERMAFIBER® insulation, hot smoke seal gasketing, choice of finishes and custom color paints. ISC Supply fire rated access doors come in a variety of sizes including 8×8, 12×12, 14×14, 16×16, 18×18, 24×24, 36×36, and many more! However, custom sizes are available upon request. The industry’s leading fire rated doors feature an 18 gauge steel door with 16 gauge trim plus THERMAFIBER® industrial felt insulation for optimal fire protection and superior sound control. For added security our WB FRU 810 includes our Ultra Lock, self-latching paddle latch.
Heavy Duty
Our WB FR 710 Series Heavy Duty Security Fire Rated Access Door is an aesthetically pleasing unit featuring a rugged 14 gauge steel door and 16 gauge trim that is laser cut from one sheet of cold rolled steel. For optimal fire protection and superior sound control, THERMAFIBER® industrial felt insulation is sandwiched between two pieces of 22 gauge steel while our Ultra Lock, self-latching paddle latch provides a extra measure of security.
Drywall
FR DW 820 Series Standard Drywall Fire Rated Access Door is a cost effective, uninsulated solution for fire rated locations. It comes complete with 18 gauge steel door and 16 gauge steel trim with a perforated tape-in flange ready for mounting in walls or ceilings.
Ceiling Applications Larger than 24 x 36
For ceiling applications larger than 24×36, check out our WB FR-C 800 series access door and panel. The WB FR-C 800 series was recently approved for ceiling applications larger than the size 24×36. The WB FR-C 800 series access door can be used in 1-hour ceilings for sizes such as 20×40, 22×42, 24×44, and 24×48. The WB FR-C 800 series access panel was just tested and approved in San Antonio, TX by Warnock-Hershey.
